Reisen Udongein Inaba

Reisen Udongein Inaba from «Touhou» is a moon rabbit who fled to Gensokyo to escape a war between Earth and the Moon. She serves as an apprentice to Eirin, a pet to Kaguya, and a caretaker to Tewi. Reisen has the ability to drive people mad with her eyes and controls various waves, including light and electromagnetic waves. She appears as a supporting character in both anime and manga, voiced by Sayuri Yahagi.
