Impmon

Impmon is a main character from the anime "Digimon Tamers," which premiered in 2001. This cunning Digimon resides in the human world and has a contentious relationship with the Tamers. Despite his small stature, Impmon possesses considerable power, capable of launching fire-based attacks, though he often prefers to run from fights. He is neither truly evil nor entirely heroic.
