Tatsuma Hiyuu

Tatsuma Hiyuu is a mysterious boy who transfers to Magami High School. Often appearing silent and carefree, he possesses a keen insight into those around him. A skilled martial artist, he helps his friend Kyouichi fight against gangsters, earning the status of the fifth most delinquent student in Magami's history. Tatsuma carries strange birthmarks on his hands, which his father told him would grant him powers that would be important in the future.
