Yomotsu Hirasaka is a blind character from the anime "Mirai Nikki (TV)" (2011) and the manga "Mirai Nikki." He utilizes a tape recorder known as the "Justice" diary to document future wrongdoings he believes need correction. His methods resemble hypnosis, and his perception of justice is quite controversial. Yomotsu dresses in spandex and wears a mask resembling a large eyeball.
