Synopsis
Hiraizumi is the coach of the hugely successful Tokyo Victory. He refused to take Tatsumi lightly, stating that he was a man who would go for your throat as soon as you let down your guard. However, he was still confident of beating ETU. Tatsumi referred to him as a dandy.
