Synopsis
Hiluluk from «One Piece» is a supporting character whose main dream is to cure the island's people of their frozen hearts caused by Wapol's selfishness. He befriends Chopper after finding him in a blizzard, and together they embark on adventures to help patients, often finding themselves in humorous predicaments. Despite his good intentions, Hiluluk sometimes inadvertently causes harm to those he aims to help.
