Synopsis
Seijuurou Hiko from "Rurouni Kenshin" is the thirteenth successor of the Hiten Mitsurugi-Ryuu sword art. He saved young Shinta from bandits and renamed him Kenshin. Living as a potter near Kyoto, Hiko feels disappointment when Kenshin runs away to join the rebellion. He is regarded as one of the strongest swordsmen, capable of surpassing even Kenshin, and continues his training even in peacetime.
