Synopsis

Kuroo Hazama is the main character in "Black Jack," where he serves as a medical mercenary selling his skills to the highest bidder. He has a mysterious appearance with a black cloak, eerie black-and-white hair, and a scar across his face. Despite his reputation for callousness and greed, Kuroo is actually a good man who believes he is helping wealthy individuals by stripping them of their material wealth. This opposition to wealth and power is a recurring theme in Tezuka's works.
