Synopsis
Taizou Hasegawa is a supporting character from «Gintama». Formerly an official for the Bakufu, he faced disgrace after an incident with Amanto dignitary Prince Hata, leading to a life as a "Madao," or "totally useless middle-aged man." Despite his frequent job losses and struggles, he maintains a friendship with Gintoki and humorously navigates his misfortunes while holding onto his sunglasses as a symbol of his past.
