Synopsis
Nishimori Hariyama, AKA Dirty Harry, is your typical 'bad cop.' He takes pride in illegally modifying police equipment to be more effective, so to speak, and seems to enjoy the use of excessive force in dispensing justice. When Hariyama is on the job, collateral damage is not a concern. Lawbreakers and criminals beware!
