Kenji Harima

Kenji Harima is the male protagonist of "School Rumble," an ex-delinquent who harbors feelings for Tenma. Although he doesn't practice any specific martial arts, few can match him in hand-to-hand combat. He has the unique ability to communicate with animals and keeps a variety of exotic pets named after European monarchs. Harima frequently attempts to confess his feelings to Tenma, but each time, something prevents him from succeeding.
