Happousai

Happousai is a supporting character from the anime "Ranma ½", first appearing in 1989. He is the master of Anything Goes martial arts and is notorious for his obsession with women's underwear. Despite his small stature, Happousai possesses immense strength, and his antics often lead to humorous situations. He resides at the Tendou Dojo, where he continues to train Ranma and conduct his infamous "panty raids."
