Hanami

Hanami is an antagonist and unregistered special grade cursed spirit aligned with Jogo, Dagon and Mahito, born from humanity's collective fear of natural disasters and driven by a desire to rid the earth of the people who have spent millennia abusing it.

Unlike the outright cruelty of some of their allies, Hanami's motivation comes from something closer to genuine care for the planet itself — they want to sacrifice humanity to bring about a cleaner world overseen by cursed spirits who would actually respect nature, aligning fully with Jogo and Dagon's shared belief that curses are the true humans. Mahito's influence pushes Hanami to embrace more savage instincts over time, and they come to genuinely enjoy the thrill of battle rather than fighting only out of necessity. Fiercely loyal to their allies, Hanami once challenged Satoru Gojo directly to rescue Jogo from execution, and ultimately sacrifices themself for the group's plans during the Shibuya Incident.
