Synopsis

Washuu Hakubi from "Tenchi Muyou!" is a self-proclaimed greatest scientist in the Universe. She first appears in episode 6, having been trapped in a crystal on Kagato's spaceship for 5000 years. Despite being 20,000 years old, she presents herself as a teenager but can alter her physical age. She is voiced by Yuuko Kobayashi and Karen Strassman.
