André Grandier

André Grandier is a main character from the anime "Versailles no Bara", also appearing in "Versailles no Bara: Seimei Aru Kagiri Aishite" and "La Rose de Versailles". He is the friend of Oscar and the grandson of her nanny. Together, they learned fencing and horsemanship as children, but as they grew older, a class gap developed when Oscar became the Dauphine's guard. He has been described as a "true working-class hero".
