Synopsis
Fukurou is one of the Shadow Beasts, the personal bodyguards of the Ten Dons of the Mafia Community. Like nearly all of the group, he resembles the animal that gave him his codename — an owl.
He has large, piercing eyes that he keeps hidden behind oversized sunglasses, even at night. Paired with a loose shirt and sandals, the effect is of a thoroughly laid-back man; dark hair frames his face above a short beard.
He genuinely does not worry much about what is going on around him, but in serious situations he makes a point of staying on his guard.
It was he who moved every lot of the Underground Auction out hours before the Phantom Troupe's raid — and did it without any transport at all, which is why the vault was empty by the time Uvogin reached it. As a Shadow Beast he wields considerable influence in the Mafia Community and ranks among the best fighters serving the Dons. Voiced by Masahiro Yamanaka in the 2011 series and Jun Suzuki in the 1999 one.
