Fujiwara no Mokou is an immortal character from the manga "Touhou Sangetsusei: Eastern and Little Nature Deity" and "Touhou Bougetsushou: Cage in Lunatic Runagate." After drinking the Hourai Elixir around 1300 years ago, she gained immortality but still feels pain like a normal human. Driven by a deep-seated hatred for Kaguya due to a past humiliation, Mokou lives a solitary life, yet she aids nearby villagers by exterminating youkai, showcasing a complex personality that hints at her underlying kindness.
