Fubuki

Fubuki, also known by her hero alias Blizzard of Hell, is the B-Class Rank 1 professional hero of the Hero Association, an esper and the younger sister of Tatsumaki, leading her own faction known as the Blizzard Group. She's currently trying to recruit Saitama into that group.

Outwardly cold-hearted, ambitious and confident, Fubuki understands her own limits well enough to avoid anything too irrational, but would do almost anything to secure her position as B-Class's top-ranked hero — including ruthlessly taking down anyone who refuses to join her. Beneath that composed image lies a deep inferiority complex, born from a lifetime spent living in the shadow of her far stronger older sister, a frustration she works hard to keep hidden.
