Synopsis
Fran is a supporting character from the anime "Katekyou Hitman Reborn!" which aired in 2006. He is the newest member of the Vongola's assassination squad, Varia. Despite his calm demeanor, Fran often antagonizes other members, particularly Belphegor, with his jokes. He is usually seen wearing a large frog hat that Belphegor forced him to wear.
