Flashy Flash is the S-Class Rank 10 professional hero of the Hero Association, a former member of the Ninja Village's 44th graduation class nicknamed The End.

Calm and serious, Flashy Flash gets straight to the point in meetings and steps in to break up arguments, such as one between Tatsumaki and Metal Bat. He's also notably arrogant, dismissing lower-ranked heroes as too weak to bother with and unafraid of Tatsumaki even when she insults him, once accusing her outright of stealing his kill. He firmly believes training is the only true path to strength, a philosophy that mirrors Saitama's own, and he holds unwavering confidence that hard work alone explains his power, with little patience for anyone who blames a loss on anything else.
