Akira E. Ferrari

Akira E. Ferrari is one of the three Water Fairies in Neo Venezia, serving as a supervisor at the Himeya company. Known as the "Demon Instructor" for her strict training methods, she has a brusque personality, particularly with Aika, whom she believes has great potential. Akira is famous for her conversational skills and knowledge of Neo Venezia's sights. Her relationship with Alicia, her childhood friend, mirrors that of Akari and Aika, with Alicia often teasing Akira. Akira is also referred to as the "Crimson Rose."
