Seen as a rare talent destined to lead the Guild, Dio is playful and fearless, treating many situations like games. His fascination with Claus Valca's skills leads him to nickname him "Immelmann". In «Last Exile: Fam, the Silver Wing», he is a skilled vanship pilot who enjoys stirring up interesting situations.
