Synopsis
Envy is a homunculus with the ability to shape-shift, allowing them to take on the appearance and voice of any person. Typically serving as a spy, Envy's skills are also highly effective for assassination. While not the smartest of the homunculi, Envy can be a skilled puppet master, though their arrogance and bad temper often overshadow this talent. In the 2003 anime "Fullmetal Alchemist," Envy claims to have forgotten their original appearance and harbors a deep hatred for all humans, following Dante primarily to kill as many as possible. In the manga and 2009 series "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood," Envy, created by Father, is noted for their cruelty and disdain for humanity.
