Emporio Ivankov, often referred to as Iva, is the former "Queen" of the Kamabakka Kingdom and a commander of the Revolutionary army. Currently imprisoned in Level 5 of Impel Down, he resides in a secret "Okama Paradise" within the same level. Ivankov appears in the anime "One Piece," which premiered in 1999, as well as in the film "One Piece 3D2Y: Ace no Shi wo Koete! Luffy Nakama to no Chikai."
