Kiritsugu Emiya is a character from «Fate/Zero» and other parts of the Fate franchise. He was Shirou's foster father and savior after the massive Fuyuki fire. Known as the "Magus Killer," Kiritsugu hunted heretical magi using both magecraft and modern technology. Although he feels he failed to become a Hero of Justice, his efforts inspired Shirou.
