Synopsis
Diva is Saya's twin sister and the main antagonist in the anime "Blood+". Born in 1833, she provides Delta67, which is used to transform people into Chiropterans. Isolated in a tower since birth as part of an experiment, she harbors a deep hatred for Joel, whom she slaughtered when Saya freed her. Her isolation has left her childish, socially inept, and ignorant of the moral implications of her actions.
