Creed Diskenth is the leader of the Apostles of the Stars in the anime "Black Cat," who aims to incite a revolution against Chronos and alter the world's leadership. He harbors an obsession with Train, the former XIII Chrono Number, even going so far as to kidnap Rinslet to force Train into a meeting. Creed wears a choker resembling Train's, reflecting his disturbing fixation. His behavior borders on insanity, yet he often speaks truths that make him an even more unsettling character.
