Synopsis
Bell Cranel is a young human adventurer with white hair and red eyes, the first and favorite follower of the goddess Hestia. Shy but earnest, he grew up dreaming of becoming a hero just like the ones in the stories his grandfather told him in their remote mountain village.
After his grandfather's presumed death, Bell set out for Orario to chase that dream, only to be turned away by every familia he approached, until Hestia offered to make him her very first member. Being rescued from a minotaur by Ais Wallenstein changed him forever: falling for her gave him a reason to grow strong enough to one day stand at her side.
That resolve, combined with a rare skill for accelerated growth, carried him from a complete novice to one of Orario's most talked-about adventurers in a remarkably short time. Bell remains disarmingly trusting even so — companions like Liliruca Arde once tricked him out of money — yet he holds no grudges, and that unguarded kindness has won him the respect of people who were initially hostile toward him.
