Synopsis
Cooler is the main antagonist in the fifth and sixth movies of the anime "Dragon Ball Z." He is the older brother of Frieza, and his character was designed by Akira Toriyama. Cooler can transform to increase his power, first appearing in the film "Cooler's Revenge." He is voiced by Ryusei Nakao in the Japanese version.
