Caesar Clown

Caesar Clown, known as "Master" by his subordinates, is a former colleague of Vegapunk and the main antagonist of the Punk Hazard Arc in «One Piece». As a leading expert on mass-murder weapons, he is a mad scientist with a bounty of 300,000,000 beli on his head. Caesar harbors a grudge against Vegapunk and shows a rational side by hiding from the Marines instead of fighting them immediately. His pride and superiority complex are evident in his belief that his work causing the Punk Hazard incident was a success.
