Synopsis
Chloe is a mysterious figure who appears about halfway through the series "Noir". She claims to be the True Noir, and her name may be significant, given its similarity to the Japanese word "Kuroi," meaning black. Despite being around Kirika's age, she is an exceptionally skilled assassin, notably using throwing knives instead of guns. Chloe is very loyal to Altena and works for the Soldats, enjoying a position of considerable authority.
