Chelsea

Chelsea is one of two new recruits — alongside Susanoo — who join Night Raid to reinforce the group. She wields the Teigu Gaea Foundation, which lets her transform her appearance at will, a talent she puts to devastating use for infiltration and assassination alike, always with a lollipop in her mouth.

Before joining the rebellion, Chelsea served a cruel viceroy who treated the hunting of people as sport; disillusioned, she found Gaea Foundation abandoned and used it to kill him, replacing him with someone competent, and realized she could use her Teigu to change the world for the better. That conviction leads her into Night Raid's ranks, where her skill at disguise proves invaluable — though it ultimately cannot save her from a fatal encounter with the Jaegers' Seryu Ubiquitous.
