Mei Chang

Mei Chang is the seventeenth princess of Xing, who, like Ling Yao, travels to Amestris in search of the secret to immortality. Determined to help her struggling clan, she is accompanied by her pet panda, Xiao-Mei. Skilled in Xing's alchemy, known as Alkahestry, she adeptly uses kunai to create transmutation circles for long-range manipulation. Initially a fan of Edward Elric, her affections shift to his brother Alphonse, and she forms an alliance with Scar despite his violent past.
