Wilhelmina Carmel

Wilhelmina Carmel is a character from the anime "Shakugan no Shana" and its spin-offs. Always dressed in a maid's uniform, she is bound to Tiamat, whose will resides in the divine vessel Jinki Persona. As one of the great Flame Haze, Wilhelmina fights alongside her friend Mathilde Saint-Omer. Her ability allows her to control an infinite number of ribbons that appear around her, and she speaks in an overly formal and polite manner.
