Buggy

Buggy from «One Piece» is a colorful character who serves as the antagonist in the Orange Town Arc and a secondary antagonist in the Loguetown Arc. He accidentally consumed the Bara Bara no Mi, a Devil Fruit that allows him to separate his body parts and control them independently, but it also robbed him of the ability to swim. Buggy is known for his ability to fly and his use of knives in combat, making him one of the fan-favorite characters in the series.
