Synopsis
Banner is an anime-only character in the 1999 anime. She and her husband Genner are the owners and managers of a hotel converted from a wrecked warship, where the anime-only bonus stage of the 287th Hunter Examination takes place. The price of a room in her hotel is very expensive.
