Synopsis
Bandou from «Elfen Lied» is an operative in the National Police Agency's Special Assault Team. Despite being fully human, he exhibits a ruthless and apathetic nature akin to the worst diclonius. After being severely injured by Lucy, he is equipped with cybernetic implants and sets out for revenge. Bandou wields powerful Desert Eagle handguns that can penetrate even the strongest defenses.
