Synopsis
Kazuma Azuma is the main protagonist of the 2004 anime "Yakitate!! Japan". He is a bread artisan with a dream of creating the perfect "ja-pan". Initially perceived as not very bright, he proves to be a genius when it comes to bread-making. Azuma possesses solar hands that enhance the fermentation process, and his eternally optimistic nature helps him face challenges with cheerfulness, drawing inspiration from his surroundings and his grandfather's stories.
