Dusty Attenborough is a First Lieutenant who began his military career during the 5th Battle of Iserlohn in "Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu." After being promoted to Commander, he participated in the 6th Battle as captain of the destroyer "Elm 3." Dusty has proven himself as an able commander and is a close friend of Olivier Poplan, with whom he coined the phrase "foppery and whim" to describe the Yang Fleet's motivations.
