Synopsis

Daisuke Aramaki is the wise and influential head of Section 9 from the anime "Koukaku Kidoutai" and its sequels. He leverages his extensive international and corporate contacts to provide his team with the information they need to accomplish their missions. While he commands great respect, his subordinates occasionally refer to him as "Monkey Man" due to his unconventional hairstyle.
