Motoko Aoyama is a 15-year-old high school girl deeply dedicated to kendo, with a room that resembles a samurai's. She claims descent from a lineage of demon-slaying swordsmen and showcases remarkable skill with her katana. Initially disapproving of Keitaro for being a weakling, she gradually develops a grudging respect and hidden affection for him, all while being terrified of her more skilled sister, Tsuruko.
