Synopsis
Andou is very proud of his class and their excellent grades and often brags about them to Doi and Yamada while belittling class 1-Ha. Known for his oily appearance and his love for telling bad jokes no one finds funny.
He has a young daughter who comes to visit him at the school sometimes.
