Ginji Amano

Ginji Amano is the main character from the anime "GetBackers," once known as the "Raitei" and the leader of a gang called "The Volts" in the Infinity Fortress. His ability to control electricity grants him unique powers, including incredible regenerative abilities and the capacity to become a human magnet.
