Synopsis
An ace helicopter pilot and a womanizer, Charlie often ignores the reasoning of his NetNavi GyroMan and does as he pleases, though the two share a bond that later allows the to perform Cross Fusion, becoming Cross Fusion GyroMan.
During the series he enters into a relationship with Tesla Magnets.
