Air

Air was one of three girls — alongside Fal and Luna — sold by the trafficker Bach into the hands of a group calling themselves the Enthusiasts, sadists who subjected the girls to horrific abuse under the pretense of taking them on as apprentices.

Kind-hearted and devoted to her friends, Air endured a week of torment by pretending to submit completely to her captors, a survival strategy that let her live while Fal and Luna did not. Once granted a measure of freedom, she reached out to Leone, begging Night Raid to avenge her friends by killing the Enthusiasts. After the group's task was completed, a broken Air chose to end her own life rather than continue living with what she had endured.
