Uta Mihirogi

Uta Mihirogi is a professional mahjong player and a supporting character of the spin-off manga "Saki: Achiga-hen episode of side-A". She provides commentary alongside Eri Hariu during the national tournament. Uta is usually seen wearing a kimono and holding a hand fan.
