She is one of the top chefs of the Gobanchou family line. She works at Gobanchou restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo. Her methodology behind cooking is cooking with love, for people, which constantly clashes against Jan's cooking methodology, causing her & Jan to constantly get into verbal scuffles.
